Carmen Yolanda Pagan, MD, is a double board-certified physician in rheumatology and internal medicine, with a focus on diagnosing and managing conditions that affect the joints, muscles, and connective tissues. She provides expert care for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and other autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Pagan is committed to delivering individualized treatment plans that promote comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Pagan fosters strong, trusting relationships with her diverse patient population. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine and completed both her internship and residency in internal medicine at the San Juan VA Medical Center. She went on to complete fellowship training in rheumatology at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine.
