Chandni Patel, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care services to persons of all ages. A physician who believes in taking care of the individual as well as families, Dr. Patel specializes in primary care, preventative medicine, and women’s health. Her objective is to focus on the overall mental and physical well-being of her patients with a patient centered approach. Dr. Patel's compassionate approach allows her to provide personalized care for her patient’s needs and preferences.

Dr. Patel obtained her medical degree from Aureus University School of Medicine in Aruba. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center.
