Jessimar Sanchez, MD is a board-certified pulmonologist and pulmonary critical care physician at St. Joseph’s Health. Dr. Sanchez provides compassionate, expert care for chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and acute pulmonary complications.

Patients love his thoughtful approach and the clarity with which he explains complex medical information. In addition to clinical care, he contributes to scholarly medicine, having co-authored peer-reviewed case reports on rare respiratory conditions.

Dr. Sanchez earned his medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). He pursued residency training in internal medicine and fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care medicine.
