Michelle Sheckley, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in breast surgical oncology at St. Joseph’s Health. She has expertise in treating both benign and malignant breast disease and uses oncoplastic surgical techniques to help patients achieve the best possible cosmetic outcomes. Dr. Sheckley is passionate about educating her patients and empowering them to explore the treatment plan that best fits their diagnosis and goals.
She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. She went on to complete fellowship training in breast surgical oncology at the Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, an SSO-accredited program in New York. Her research interests include preventive health and minimally invasive techniques.
