Mirette Habib, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist at St. Joseph’s Health. She specializes in treating broken hearts, literally, which are frequently complex cardiac conditions, including heart attacks, dangerous rhythms and heart failures. She excels at applying the intellectual challenges of cardiology to provide often life-saving results while working diligently to ensure every patient feels heard and comfortable.  

Dr. Habib earned her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed her residency at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She performed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Seton Hall University and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at New York Medical College. She is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. Dr. Habib is fluent in English and Arabic.
