Osama Elsawy, DO is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced training in surgical critical care. He specializes in managing complex surgical cases with a focus on evidence-based techniques and individualized patient care.

Dr. Elsawy earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences). He completed his internship in surgery at the same institution before going on to a general surgery residency and a fellowship in surgical critical care at Lutheran Medical Center (now NYU Langone Hospital). He is board-certified in general surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
