Smadar F. Kleinstein, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant practicing at High Mountain Health, part of St. Joseph’s Health. With roots in Wayne, NJ, and strong ties to the local community, she delivers trusted, compassionate primary care to adult patients across family practice and walk‑in locations. She speaks English, Hebrew, and Spanish.

Smadar earned her PA-C credential after studying at St. Francis University and brings over two decades of clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.  Known for her approachable bedside manner, she values listening deeply to her patients and building trusting relationships that feel more like family.
